Title I – Meeting of Associates

Art 1– The Meeting of the Associates (subsequently say Assembly) is convocate by the Chairman al least one time in one year like is establisched in the Statute. It may be convocate every time it is necessary also in order to only consult the opinon of the Associates.Although the Associates do not have straight of ballot the Chaiman may invite they to the argument with advisory and not deliberative power.

Art 2 – The Chaiman may facilitate the Assembly and to reduce the cost for the Associates and for the ESCC using the modern computing system. In this case the Assembly may deliberate by e-mail or using any telematic sistem used to connect all the Associates but for the deliberation must be a written trace. In this case the modality of partecipation will be declared in the convocation.

Art 3 – All that it is say in the Assembly in a spot for the Associates and it isn’t secret for the thirds party.

Art 4 – All the voting are made in a evident modality.

Title II – Use of the Logo and of the name of the Association

Art 5 – All the associates that have a web site inherent to “Siberian Cat” must obligatory insert the official logo and the link of the ESCC. It is optional for the Associate put the logo of the ESCC on the registered paper and in the officials comunications for the “Siberian Cat”.

Art 6 – Diuring the feline exposure it is obligatory to put in a evident mode the official logo at least 5x5 cm.

Art 7 – The logo is usable only by the Associates that are right with the registration.

Title III – Disciplinary endorsements

Art 8 –If it is made a signalling case by an Associate or not Associates the Board of Directors must verify that the signalling is true.

The possible disciplinary provisions are: written callback, suspension of the Associate to the Club, expulsion and cancellation.

Art 9 – To continuation of the verifications the Board of Directors have the faculty of cancel immediatly the Associate of the Club in the following case:

• The Associate make not real documents for the registration;

• The Associate sell the cat to a shop;

• The Associate not adequately protect the health of the his cat;

• The Associate sell cats that are not of race like cats of Siberian race;

• In the case that the Assocate doesn’t want a visit by Board of Directors to verify the respect of the Charter Rule and the Club;

• The Associate has offensive behaviors to the Club;

Art 10 – The Board of Directors can name a Disciplinary Commision the will decide on the base of the Charter Rule and the Regulaments.

Art 11 – The judgment of the Board od Directors and of the Disciplinary Commission are unquestionable.
